Here, they brew the 'Tank' beers and make the facilities available to other brewers. Beer lovers can attend workshops at 't Koelschip brewery and have their own creation bottled. A selection from the range, also the only beers brewed in Ostend: Zeegeuze 7.5%, Oostende Bonsoir 8.400%, Gie Zie Mien Zèèkapting 7.5%, Krevet 5%, Saison à l' Ostendaise - Sleeping Dog - Winter is Coming - Amour Fou. The brewery also developed their own Granola à l'Ostendaise.
